The importance of reducing serum triglycerides was discussed related to dyslipidemia and newly hypertension, management of resistant hypertension, hypertension in pregnancy and hypertensive emergencies were discussed by Professor T.P. Weerarathna, Dr. H.M.M. Herath, Dr. Sajiv De Silva, Dr. Arosha Abeywickrama and Dr. Roshan Gunarathne. Dr. Arosha Abeywickrama organized this meeting and moret than 50 members of SLCIM and Ruhuna Clinical Society participated in this very successful meeting.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
