Refund Policy

  • Those who have used the online payment facility can request for a refund of their Conference fees/Registration fees from the chair through an email to the following e mail address. (slcimoffice@com)
  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.


SLCIM shall not be liable for any failure by the conference participant or third party making payment of fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.

Service Provider

Online payments of Fees can be made by credit or debit card. These payments are not collected by the SLCIM directly but by Commercial Bank.

Once payment is received by the Service Provider in cleared funds, the Service Provider will contact SLCIM to confirm the details of the successful payment made by the participant, or third party making payment. On receipt of this confirmation the SIMCON 2022 will confirm to the participant that the payment has been received and accepted by CCP. In the event that the participant does not receive confirmation within 7 days of making the payment it is the responsibility of the participant to check with the treasurer of SLCIM  that the payment has been accepted.

The participant shall remain responsible for the fees until such time as the confirmation as referred to above is received from SLCIM in relation to each Fee paid using the online payment facility.

Use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Democratic socialist republic of Sri Lanka
